Attorney Robert Aaron GreenbergRobert Aaron Greenberg holds a special honor and distinction, held by only a handful of expert trial lawyers in New Jersey, as he is Certified by our state Supreme Court as both a Civil and Criminal Trial Attorney. In order to achieve this honor, Bob had to demonstrate his expert standing by representing his clients in major jury trials over a period of years, and then taking and passing a written test. Over time, Bob has been on the front lines of trial work for his clients and has represented, gone to trial and most often settled hundreds of cases, in matters including Nursing Home abuse and neglect, Medical Negligence against Doctors and Hospitals, Automobile Accidents, Slip, Trip and Fall accidents and Dog Bite attacks.

In the Criminal and Municipal Courts, Bob has tried and won everything from Murder, Robbery, Drug and related offenses to simple assault and Drunk Driving, representing adults and juveniles accused of these offenses in local, State, and Federal courts. He is Admitted to practice in all courts in New Jersey and Pennsylvania; the United States District Courts for New Jersey and Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Mr Greenberg is very proud of these Certifications, and continues to use his expertise to teach and lecture to other lawyers at seminars throughout the State. He attends these workshops in order to interact with his fellow trial lawyers and judges, to stay up to date on the latest changes in the law and trial techniques and ideas to perfect his craft. He has lectured and taught for the Camden County and New Jersey State Bar Associations; the Association of Trial Lawyers of America–NJ; and the New Jersey Association for Justice. He has been out in the community, leading seminars for people on a wide range of legal topics. For many years, Bob has been a volunteer judge in the New Jersey state high school Moot court competition and very much enjoys working with the students on their efforts to argue cases to the court. Additionally, Bob is Master of the Camden Trial Advocacy Inn of Court, a by invitation only group of Trial lawyers, who teach and mentor younger attorneys in courtroom skills and techniques. He is a past chair of the Camden County Civil Practice and By Law Committees; Past Chair of the Memorial Committee past member of the Board of Trustees of the Camden County Bar Association; Chairperson of the Civil Practice and By Law Committees; and current Chair of the Memorial and Tribute Committee.

Bob was born and raised in Camden, and then attended Haddonfield Memorial High School, where he competed on the South Jersey group champion baseball team. After completing his undergraduate education at American University in Washington DC, Bob attended Rutgers Law School in his hometown of Camden. After receiving his JD degree, he was selected and had the opportunity to serve as Law Clerk to the late Norman Heine, Judge of the NJ Superior Court and former Camden County Prosecutor’ for a full year. He then was selected and served with distinction as an Assistant County Prosecutor himself, under the late Thomas Shusted. Bob built and maintained many relationships with the judges and lawyers throughout the South Jersey area as a result of those years, all of which have benefited his clients, even up to the present.

Since the late 70’s, Bob has worked in private practice, always seeking the best possible results for his clients, in each and every case. Robert Aaron Greenberg, married and father of 2 adult daughters, Grandfather of one, has dedicated his professional life to the practice of law and the best interests of his clients.
