David S. Kouser, Esq.

David S. Kouser, Esquire is a graduate of The Delaware Law School of Widener University. He is a member of the Bar Association in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He also practices in the United States District Court and is a member of the United States Supreme Court Bar. Mr. Kouser practices in areas of personal injury litigation including Nursing Home Abuse and Neglect, Medical Malpractice, Products Liability, Automobile Negligence and Workers Compensation. He is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association - Nursing Home Litigation group and the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association.

Robert Aaron Greenberg, Esq.

Bob was born and raised locally in Camden and Haddonfield, and is a graduate of The American University, Washington, DC, and Rutgers Camden Law School.

He has served as a Judicial Law Clerk, Assistant Prosecutor, Counsel to
various towns in personal injury matters, and as Municipal Prosecutor in Oaklyn Borough. He is Certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court in both Civil and Criminal Trial law. Bob has extensive trial, arbitration and mediation experience for clients in all serious Personal Injury matters, including medical and legal negligence; workplace injuries; automobile and premises cases in all courts. He is a Trustee of the Camden County Bar Association and chairs of the Civil Practice Committee, and is active in the Association of Trial Lawyers of America - New Jersey.

Jeremy D. Lindemann, Esq.

Jeremy D. Lindemann joined the firm as an associate in 2009. Jeremy is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and Widener University School of Law. He has served as a Judicial Law clerk and has been an associate at large regional law firms. Jeremy handles matters involving Personal Injury, Workers’ Compensation and Criminal Defense as well as other areas of practice.

Daniel Snyder, Esq.

Daniel Snyder joined the firm in 2009 as an associate in the Litigation Department.

Mr. Snyder received his B.S. from Towson University in Towson, Maryland and received his law degree from Syracuse University College of Law in 2005. Prior to joining Aronberg & Kouser, Mr. Snyder served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable E. David Millard, P.J.F.P. in the New Jersey Superior Court. Following his clerkship, Mr. Snyder spent over three years working as a litigation associate with a South Jersey law firm. Mr. Snyder specializes in personal injury litigation, municipal court practice, and criminal defense. He also has experience handling all aspects of family law matters including, divorce, equitable distribution, custody/parenting time, support, and domestic violence.

Mr. Snyder is a member of the Camden County Bar Association and serves as co-chair of the Young Lawyers Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association. Mr. Snyder has been selected a New Jersey Rising Star in 2009 and 2010 by the New Jersey Super Lawyers organization. Daniel is a native of Cherry Hill, New Jersey and now resides in center city Philadelphia.
