Jeremy D. Lindemann
Jeremy D. Lindemann joined the firm in 2009 and he heads the firm’s Workers’ Compensation and Disability practice groups. He carries significant experience in the practice of Workers’ Compensation’ and Social Security Disability. He represents individuals and union members who have been injured in the course of their employment and he has obtained millions of dollars on behalf of injured employees. He has successfully litigated numerous cases in Workers’ Compensation court yielding excellent results. Additionally, Jeremy has written articles and frequently lectures on the topic of New Jersey Workers’ Compensation law. He is active with the Fraternal Order of Police and has represented several law enforcement officers injured in the line of duty.
Before joining Aronberg, Kouser, Snyder & Lindemann, Jeremy was an associate at large regional law firms and has experience handling matters involving Personal Injury, Real Estate Transactions, Professional Malpractice, Employment, and Commercial Law. He served as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert Freedberg, PJ, Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas, and as an investigative intern with the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office.
Jeremy has been named in South Jersey Magazine and SJ Magazine on their lists of top attorneys in the area.
A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh (B.A., 2000), and Widener University School of Law (J.D., 2003), he is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of New Jersey and the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
